Change of mind - for hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind once your earrings have been worn.

Faulty or Damaged Items - If your earrings arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us with 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We'll gladly offer a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
