Thank you for supporting Upcycle Reo — every purchase helps give new life to materials and share their story through contemporary jewellery. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:
1. Handmade Nature
All jewellery is handcrafted from sustainable and upcycled materials. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of its charm and individuality.
2. Prices & Payments
• All prices are in NZD.
• Payments are processed securely through our online store checkout system.
3. Shipping
• Orders are shipped throughout New Zealand at a flat rate of $7.50.
• If you are based in Dunedin, you may choose the local pick-up option at checkout.
• Delivery times may vary depending on postal services, but we’ll always do our best to dispatch your order promptly.
4. Returns & Refunds
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if earrings have been worn or removed from their original packaging.
• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Disclaimer
• Although all care is taken in using hypoallergenic materials, Upcycle Reo is not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues arising from individual sensitivities to materials.
• Jewellery should be handled with care and kept out of reach of children.
• We do not accept liability for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of jewellery.
